| Late July 2026 | Chancellor to convene the full Strategic Priorities Task Force. |
| July to October 2026 | Sub-task forces to conduct substantive work, meetings and community engagement. |
| Late October 2026 | Preliminary draft reports due. |
| Before Thanksgiving 2026 | Final draft reports to be submitted to the Chancellor. |
